Welcome to Claims
In an effort to assist our customers with servicing claims efficiently, some of our companies have a toll free "Direct Report" phone number for reporting your claims… 24 hours a day/7 days a week. With your policy number and the direct report number, claims can be reported immediately to the company. Since each company may require the "insured's statement" at the time of loss, this direct reporting process eliminates missed phone calls to verify initial information needed to get started on your claim.
Since our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, these direct report numbers can assure your claim is reported promptly. The company then provides our staff access to your claim information, should you need our assistance.

Although these toll free numbers are important, so is our willingness to be of assistance with your claim process. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
