Daniel S. Baughman - danielb@hartzokinsurance.com - Danny began in the insurance industry in 1982 when he and his father purchased Hartzok Insurance Agency. Danny handles the life, disability, individual health, long term care, medicare supplements, group insurance, and retirement plans as well as the overall management of the agency. Danny has a large base of AFLAC Clients and can often be seen out of the office doing enrollments in group plans or at employee benefit fairs hosted by local employers.

C. Daniel Baughman - cdanielb@hartzokinsurance.com - Dan has been in the insurance industry since 1958. Over the years he has taken an active role in many local service clubs and organizations. When he is not otherwise occupied as a Roadrunner for the local Shriners driving local families with crippled children to the childrens hospital in Philadelphia for treatment - he does a lot of the leg work for the office. He goes out and takes photos, surveys and measurements of properties we currently insure or are quoting.

Connie F. Hann - connieh@hartzokinsurance.com - Connie joined the Hartzok Family in 1987. She began her insurance career in 1982. Connie is a Customer Service Agent and is primarily responsible for the servicing of existing commercial lines, business, and farm accounts. In the absence or our producer, Barb Bietsch, Connie also quotes new commercial lines, business and farm clients. Connie assumes the role of comptroller and management of the office computer systems.

P. Kathleen Heffernan - kathyh@hartzokinsurance.com - Kathy has been employed in the insurance industry for over 30 years and joined the Hartzok Insurance family in 1991. She obtained her agents license in 1975 and works in Personal Lines and Claims Departments. As a Customer Service Agent Kathy quotes and writes personal lines coverages including auto and homeowners. She also services our existing accounts. Kathy is very knowledgeable in claims and does much of the claims handling within our agency. Kathy is actively involved in the management of the office computer systems being primarily involved in the upload/download functions between the agency and the companies.

Barbara J. Bietsch, AAI CPIW - barbb@hartzokinsurance.com - As a producer, Barb works toward meeting the needs of the insurance community at large. In addition to writing insurance, she assists with claims activities on behalf of our clients. Barbara is a graduate of Shippensburg (State College) University, has been employed in the insurance industry since February 1975, and has been a licensed agent since 1976. She joined the Hartzok Insurance family in 1994.

Kimberly A. Merklin - kimm@hartzokinsurance.com - Kim joined the Hartzok Family in 1999 starting in the receptionist/administrative assistant position. While in that position she worked to obtain her agents license. She moved into a Customer Service Agent position when it became available in 2002. Kim is involved in the quoting, writing, and servicing of personal lines coverages. Because of her prior experience as the receptionist/administrative assistant Kim is quite knowledgeable in most of the agency's operations and assists in a plethora of special projects.

Cynthia L. Johns - cynthiaj@hartzokinsurance.com - The smiling face that you first see when you walk in our door is Cynthia. Cynthia joined our family in 2003. In addition to greeting our visitors and answering the phone Cynthia takes on the task of filing for the entire office. She assists with bookkeeping and she keeps tabs on our office supplies so that we always have the materials we need to complete our jobs. She is responsible for many of the office special projects such as mass mailings. Cynthia also assists the agents by compiling the information an agent might need to obtain a quote.
